"Terrible Experience"
What a terrible experience, I gotta say! I ordered some cupcakes for our Christmas dessert, but they showed up three days late. The customer service team is a complete joke, always making promises they never follow through on. I can't recommend this, and I'm really let down because I was hoping for something special.

"Size Discrepancy in Cupcake Jars"
They claim to sell 8oz jars of cupcakes, but when they arrive, the label on the front indicates a weight between 5.0 and 5.7 oz. The mason jars are labeled as 6 oz. They’re labeling them as 8 oz by including the screw lid part of the jar. I reached out via email but got no helpful response. Save your cash because you ain't getting 8 oz of cupcakes. Definitely misleading for the buyers.

"Not receiving the size advertised"
They advertise 8oz jars of cupcakes but when you receive them the sticker on front shows anywhere from 5.0-5.7 oz of cupcakes. The jars by mason are referenced as 6 oz size. They are calling them 8 oz by counting the screw lid section of jar. I emailed with no satisfaction. Save your money as you are not getting 8 oz of cupcakes. Misleading the consumer for sure

"TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED"
If I could give a rating lower than zero, I definitely would. Save your cash and look for options elsewhere. The big selling point is that it’s supposed to be Gluten Free, but that’s just not true. On top of that, they sent us a bunch of dry cupcakes in jars that looked like they’d been through a battle. They were shipped UPS GROUND in sweltering temps over 100 degrees. I’ve ordered cakes from NYC that arrive in the summer perfectly packed and looking great. This company, which claims to be wicked good, is actually WICKED BAD. Seriously, don’t throw your money away.

If it were possible to give less than zero, I would.
Save your money and go elsewhere.
The hype on this is that it is Gluten Free- It is not.
IN ADDITION, they sent us a package of overheated dry cupcakes in jars that looked like they had been in a war. They had been shipped UPS GROUND in temperatures over 100 degrees.
I have bought cakes from NYC that come to us in summer impeccably packaged and beautifully presented. This company, wicked good, is WICKED BAD. DO NOT waste your money.

"Review of Wicked Good Cupcakes"
I picked up a 6-pack of their Cinnabon and a party pack, and let me tell ya, they were all super tasty and rich, especially that Cinnabon flavor. For some reason, the fresh strawberry filling paired just right with the dark chocolate cake.

I totally get why folks are so wild about Wicked Good Cupcakes.
